With the presence of Pablo De Chiara, president of the ProCórdoba Agency, two initiatives of special interest to the business sector in southern Córdoba were presented this Monday in Río Cuarto. At an event held at the Río Cuarto Business, Commercial, Industrial and Services Center (CECIS), De Chiara explained the scope of the Front Office, which the Agency has set up in the city to promote the expansion of international trade in the province. This space is designed to provide personalized attention to companies throughout the region interested in the plans, programs, and actions carried out by the Government of Córdoba to promote exports and the establishment of new investments. "The person in charge of the Front Office will not only be familiar with all the programs implemented by the ProCórdoba Agency, but will also be able to help us design international trade initiatives together with the private sector, something that is sometimes more difficult to do from the provincial capital," De Chiara stated. In this regard, he highlighted the results of this initiative, which is already in place in cities such as San Francisco and Villa María. Connect Río Cuarto On the other hand, a new edition of the "Connect Río Cuarto" initiative was announced, a reverse mission aimed at connecting Córdoba-based companies in the animal feed and nutrition sector with potential foreign buyers. "We plan to have 10 international operators visit the city of Río Cuarto again during the first few days of June and, in this way, continue consolidating the region as a strategic point for this production," stated the head of ProCórdoba. He added: "We are working together with local business owners and industry, because what we are seeking is the perfect match between buyer and seller." In this regard, the director of the Río Cuarto Civic Center, Julián Oberti, emphasized that both proposals are very important for the private and production sectors, both in Río Cuarto and the entire southern province. "In this context of national crisis, we must generate more jobs and more investment, and these are the programs that Governor Martín Llaryora insists we develop," said Oberti. The event was also attended by the president of CECIS, Iván Safadi, and the municipal secretary of Economic Development, Esteban Carranza, among other institutional representatives and business leaders from the city and region.
